Life at amealio Hyderabad

Our Hyderabad team is small, fast and obsessed with restaurants. Here is what a Wednesday looks like.

9:30 AM. The team walks in. Coffee, standup, review of the previous day's celebration bookings across pilot restaurants. Anything below 4.5 stars gets discussed.

10:30 AM. Engineering pods split. AI recommendations, celebration menu, Selfie Mirror firmware and merchant dashboard. Each pod picks a Kanban card and starts.

1:00 PM. Lunch. Usually a rotation of home cooked meals. We eat together. Someone always brings sweets when a partner restaurant hits a new milestone.

2:30 PM. Merchant success calls. Partner restaurants in Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad share what is working. We ship fixes the same evening if we can.

4:00 PM. Design review. Product, design and engineering sit at one screen. No decks. Just Figma, code and a Kanban board.

6:00 PM. Field visit. Two people take the metro to a partner restaurant to install a Selfie Mirror or debug a POS integration. There is no substitute for watching a guest use your product.

8:00 PM. Wrap up. If a pilot goes live tomorrow, someone will still be on Slack past midnight. That is the deal.
