Ready Packages may be cancelled up to 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Smart Choice and Custom Experience bookings follow the timelines shared at checkout.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Rescheduling
Most bookings can be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to venue availability.
