Yes. Open Profile, then Preferences to update dietary tags, cuisines, allergies and celebration styles. Your recommendations refresh instantly.

Yes. Allergies you record are used to filter dishes, warn on menu items and flag risky combinations. You should still confirm with the restaurant for severe allergies.

Type or speak what you want, for example romantic dinner tonight, best pizza under 800 rupees, or pet friendly rooftop. amealio interprets the intent and returns curated results.

Partner restaurants offer short videos for dishes, chef introductions, ingredients and portion previews. Videos are AI narrated and available in multiple languages where supported.

For PetPooja partners, menu items and inventory sync in real time. If an item runs out it is disabled automatically.

UPI, credit and debit cards, popular wallets and net banking through Razorpay. Split and partial payments are supported for groups and celebrations.

Yes. GST compliant invoices are issued for eligible transactions and are available in Orders inside the app.

Card and UPI details are tokenized by our payment partner. amealio does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

Delivery orders can be cancelled at no cost until the restaurant accepts. After acceptance a partial charge may apply based on preparation status. Dine in reservations without prepaid amounts can be cancelled anytime.

Ready Packages can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Smart Choice and Custom Experience bookings follow the specific timeline confirmed at checkout.

Approved refunds are initiated immediately and typically reflect in your source account within 5 to 7 business days, subject to bank timelines.

Yes. If part of an order is unavailable or a service could not be delivered, a proportional partial refund is issued for the affected items or services.

Most bookings can be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to venue availability.

You earn points on eligible orders, reviews, celebrations and referrals. Restaurants may also offer their own tiered memberships.

Yes. Digital gift cards and celebration vouchers can be purchased and shared over WhatsApp.
